Exchanges and Returns: General PolicyThe Righteous Babe Store will gladly accept any merchandise items for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase -- excluding the Boy Brief underwear, for which all sales are final. All clothing items must be in their original condition (not washed, worn, or covered in dog hair). All CDs, cassettes, DVDs, VHS, Vinyl Records must be in their original un-opened packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturer's defect or a mistake made on our behalf. Exchange Policy:The Righteous Babe Store will gladly exchange any item at no additional charge. All items must be in their original condition. If you are exchanging an item for another item of greater value, we will contact you by telephone to obtain your credit card number and charge the additional amount to your account. For security purposes we do not keep credit card numbers on file. All exchanges are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us. If you need to make an exchange because there was an error on our part (we shipped you the wrong item), please call us at 1.800.ON HER OWN or 716-852-8020 or send an email to store@righteousbabe.com. Return / Refund Policy:The Righteous Babe Store will gladly refund your money for returned items. Returned items must be in their original condition. Your refund will be issued by the same method that payment was obtained (credit card or check). All returns are processed the day we receive them. Credits may take up to three business days to post to your account. Please allow ample time for your return to reach us. Exchange Procedure:If you need to make an exchange for any reason, simply send the item back to us at the address listed below. Also indicate the item you are exchanging, the reason for the exchange, and the item you would like instead. For clothing items, please make sure to state the color and size of the replacement item. Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for the return, and state that you would like to be refunded. If you originally paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to the same charge account. If you originally paid by check or money order, we will issue and mail you a check upon receipt of the returned item.
