Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is where you add products you intend to buy (just like at the supermarket).

Shop the departments within our store to view various products. Click on the image to see a larger image with descriptive information and options regarding that product. At this point, click on the "add to order" button to add that item to your shopping cart. This will take you to a page, which will give an overview on the products you currently have in your cart, along with a subtotal (not including taxes or shipping & handling).

From the shopping cart

  1. Click on "continue shopping" to browse the store or add more items to your shopping cart
  2. To remove an item from your shopping cart, click "remove" underneath the "qty" field
  3. To order more than one of an item, change the "qty" field to the desired number, and then click on "update cart"
  4. To cancel your order entirely click on "clear cart"
  5. To continue with your order, click on the "next page" button

Checkout

Before you check out, the Righteous Babe Store will ask you to "Log In".

New Customers will be prompted to become a member. It is here that your name, address, phone number, and email address will be entered. You will also be asked to create a log in name (your email address), and establish a password

Return customers will enter their email address and password to proceed with checkout.

After you have logged in and/or become a member you should simply follow the instructions on each page to move through the checkout process.

Becoming a member will save time when placing repeat orders

Phone Order

If you prefer to place your order by telephone: please contact us toll free at: 1 800 664 3769, Monday - Friday between [9AM - 5PM EST]. Please note you must have a credit card to order over the phone.

Mail Order / Order Form

If you prefer to place your order via mail: please send us a note with your name, address, phone number, email address, the items you would like to order, and a check (US only), money order (must be in US FUNDS), or credit card number to cover the cost of the order, shipping, and sales tax (NYS residents only). Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We offer same day shipping for Overnight/Next Day orders placed by 1PM Monday - Friday. You must call 1 800 664 3769 to request Overnight / Next Day delivery, additional shipping prices will apply.

Overnight/Next-Day shipping is unavailable for International Orders. International orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.

Payments

A credit card is necessary to place orders over the Internet and by phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Mail orders can be paid by check, money order, or credit card. International mail orders must use an International Money Order made out in US funds (or use a credit card). Please do not send cash.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the number and type of items ordered. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Mug sets are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. There is a $10 shipping cap on all domestic orders. See chart below for shipping prices.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the number and type of items ordered. Most orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail. Due to international customs, your package may be delayed. With heightened security on packages crossing borders, delays exceeding one month are not uncommon. Please allow ample delivery time for orders being shipped overseas. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. See chart below for International shipping prices.
