GRAMMY NOMINATION FOR SINGING THROUGH THE HARD TIMES: A TRIBUTE TO UTAH PHILLIPS FOR BEST TRADITIONAL FOLK ALBUM

We are proud to announce that the two-disc celebration of Bruce U. Utah Phillips, Singing Through the Hard Times is nominated for a Grammy for Best Traditional Folk Album! The academy’s recognition of the incredible roster of folk musicians, who generously donated recordings of songs that Utah sang and loved, really warms our hearts! But we will have to wait until January to find out if it will take home that coveted gilded Gramophone (after all there is some stiff competition including Loudon Wainwright III and Maura O’Connell)…until then we raise a glass to Utah’s memory and thank all the fine folks who made this possible.
